Orange Theater

The Orange Theater is a first person puzzle game that takes place in the famous Orange Theater under Unity.
I worked on this project from its beginning until its finalization during my internship at Ikigai Games.
We were a small team of 4 developers, 2 game designers, 3 artists and 1 producer.
In collaboration with the ISCD (Institute of Calculation and Data Sciences), the goal was to promote the Orange Theater by making a fun game where the player wanders around the premises, meeting characters from the time who offer historical missions and puzzles to solve.
I was responsible for a good part of the puzzles, in particular those 2D such as Drag & drop, MCQ quiz (visible in the gallery below). I also created and integrated a custom SoundManager with Unity tools. At the request of the studio, I developed a small cheat system to facilitate QA (Teleportation, Enigma Skip, to go directly to a specific enigma without having to do the previous ones). Finally I took care of optimization, notably Culling.
